SYFS Annual Raffle 2024 Terms and Conditions

• Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
  
  
• Online raffle ticket sales will commence in July 2024 and conclude on 11/10/24 11.30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time for all online ticket sales.

• Entrants need not be present to win. 
  
  
• Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  
  
• The draw for the winners will take place on 31st October 2024 at 5.45pm at Southern Youth and Family Services (SYFS) Youth and Family Centre, 25 Lake Entrance Road, Warilla NSW, 2528.
  
  
• Southern Youth and Family Services staff and Board Members are not eligible to win any raffle prize. If a staff member is drawn for any prize, that ticket will be immediately re-drawn until a non SYFS staff member is drawn.
  
  
• In the draw for the winners, the major prize will be drawn first and the other prizes drawn in descending order of the prize number and value.
  
  
• Any winners who purchased tickets online will be responsible for collection of their own prize(s) from SYFS Youth and Family Centre in Warilla.
  
  
• All winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the winners being drawn, and the winner’s details will be published on the Southern Youth and Family Services website by 8th November 2024. A list of all prizes and winners will be displayed.
  
  
• Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
  
  
• Southern Youth and Family Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
